Incredible professionalism.

When my wife and I decided to purchase a new home, Leon stepped in immediately to offer his assistance in selling our rental property. My wife and I were very confused because we hadn't spoken to anyone regarding our property in Melton, but Leon knew the market and jumped at the chance to help. He made us feel comfortable with firstly, agreeing to meet us outside of business hours as we have very busy work lives. Secondly, once we met him with his genuine smile we felt at ease and then he took his time to explain the market to us; and for someone who knows nothing about real estate, he was patient and explained it all in laymen's terms. We unfortunately did not know that once we told our agents that were looking after the property in Melton that we needed to evict our current tent because we were selling, that we signed an agreement that they would sell the property. When we realised our mistake, it was too late and Leon was told that if he did sell the property, he would have to share the commission. This did not deter Leon from rolling up his sleeves and doing the best work possible to get us the most he could for our home in Melton. He worked tirelessly and my wife and I are eternally grateful to him for all the work and effort; time and attention he dedicated to us. He is a first-class agent, and we are so happy to have met him. If ever we need his professionalism and knowledge of the market again or know someone who does, we would gladly pass on his details and use him again ourselves.
