The sale of our property was a challenging process that required 2 seperate auction campaigns and many, many opens during this difficult time in the market. Leon was persistent and never gave up even making sure the property was open and available every week even over the slower Christmas period. I found dealing with Leon and his team very easy. They were very helpful in arranging the various trades people and stylist to get the property ready for sale, which was all done in just a couple of days. The communication was great, I was provided an update after every open home and received weekly emails for the advertising effectiveness. At every stage they kept me aware of what potential buyers were thinking both about the home and what price range they were in. I was a little disappointed with the sale price however it was in the range that Leon had advised the buyers were interested so it wasn't a surprise. In a challenging market I don't believe any other agent could have done any better. The auctioneer Phillip was fantastic and pushed the price as high as possible on the day. I would definitely use Leon again and would recommend him to any of my friends.
