We have bought and sold homes in Victoria, NSW and in USA and the experience with Leon and the team was the best we have had. We purchased our home through Gary Peer and Leon was the listing agent. He was very professional and sincere when we were the Purchasers. As such he was the first agent we spoke to when we were considering selling our house. When he sat down with us he provided a good market update, explained the sales process in the right level of detail and helped resolve our issues/concerns. He was not pushy at all for us to list the house with him. We were worried about some aspects of our house but he was always reassuring and positive. He recommended a staging company who helped present our house very well. During the marketing campaign he kept us well informed of the progress. From the outset we felt informed whether it was from Leon or one of the other staff members. On the day of the auction we were impressed with the knowledge and professionalism that was displayed by all members of the team. The outcome exceeded out expectations. Congratulations . My elderly mother chose Leon, long before she passed away, as the agent she wanted to sell her unit when she no longer needed it. Not knowing any alternative my siblings and I went along with her request - and what a great choice she made. From the outset Leon was keen to meet with us to understand our wishes as vendors but to also educate us on market strategies and circumstances.
