Leon Gouzenfiter recently sold my Mum's house through auction. Not only was the final sale price way in excess of our expectations, but Leon was there for my Mum every step of the way, starting with meeting her at the house for the first time within an hour of her initially contacting him. It was an emotional sale for my Mum, and Leon was always patient, understanding and supportive. Leon is also extremely knowledgeable in his field, and has his pulse right on the market.
