Our project was in the making for 3.5 years and we have kept in touch with Leon since the beginning. From day one we bombarded him with questions and he’d always reply in under an hour, even on weekends... we knew this guy was something different. When it came time to sell, Leon was brutally honest with our expectations which was not always easy to hear as a vendor. Rather than promising big numbers and creating illusions, he gave up his time - even on weekends - to come around and give advice on what changes needed to be made to get the most out of the build and get the best outcome. His expertise and professionalism really showed 24 hours before auction when the advised the best move was to not go to auction. We trusted his judgement and got a fantastic result.
