Leon was extremely helpful in finding a buyer for my Brisbane investment property, arranging repairs at short notice, resolving issues such as electricity connectivity in my absence, being onsite for inspections at short notice and always keeping me informed of status at all hours of the day/night. This was especially useful given the time zone differences of me being based in the UK. If I didn’t have a limited budget with my liability commitments I would have willingly given more in terms of sales commission. I happily recommend him and his team for any future property sales.
