Leon was always on time and very prompt with his communication. He has arranged our property inspections outside of allocated inspection time for our convenience. He was always available when reaching out to him. As a seller agent, I believe he has worked very hard on behalf of the seller to obtain the best price. He has successfully pushed up our offer price on several occasions by highlighting the benefits of the property. He would follow up every other day to speed up the sales process on behalf of the seller. Being a buyer, the overall experience of buying from him was great. He also kept his promise to repair the oven after signing the contract. The only thing that blemished our buying experience was the strata fee was understated by $500 on his marketing materials which is the reason why he didn’t get the full score. Other than that, the overall experience was great. He was a fantastic communicator, professional, available to chat at all time and a sublime seller without being too pushy.
