Leoni was absolutely brilliant from meeting with us after hours during the week, to walking us through multiple options and finally guiding us through each stage of the selling process. Our house was quite unique for the area and we didn't have any comparable houses in the area and were really unsure what we would be able to sell the house for, as a result Leoni gave us a few alternative selling options and suggested giving Open Negotiation a try.
