Leo had great communication skills not only the way he influenced us as sellers but kept us informed on each development through out the sale process. He would send quick text message to keep us updated. Since i signed the contract with him I had confidence in this guy that he will get the deal across the line. Sometimes in the process i was deflated that this sale wont go ahead he just turns my deflation around with his energy. He went out of the way to get this deal closed for me. He would be at the property late nights , getting potential buyers in. I had my property on sale by other 2 agents in last 1 year but none was able to close the deal. Leo got it done.
