Sadly, the worst, most unprofessional Real Estate experience I have ever had. After signing up there was absolutely no client care. Leonie rarely answered texts, messages or phone calls - very poor communication. Even if nothing is happening, a professional should still contact the client to touch base, review the current situation and actually provide the service you are paying for. Complained that no-one ever tells her what is happening. As an agent acting on a client's behalf it is important to have your finger on the pulse and make sure that you know what is happening in order to be proactive not reactive. Late for appointments and when she did arrive, was always in a highly stressed state. One appointment was booked at a certain time for a bank inspection, no-one arrived. When I contacted her I was told "Sorry, they cancelled". It transpired that the appointment had been made the week before and cancelled by the bank 10 minutes later, I was not advised. If you contact the office, no-one knows what is going on and everything appears to be disorganised. I have bought and sold many properties and most certainly would not recommend this business.
