I purchased a property in St. Kilda several years ago through Leor and found him to be knowledgable, engaging and honest. It was for these reasons that we went for Gary Peer and Associates when deciding to sell our property in Glen Huntly. From the first the assistance and advice from Leor and his team was invaluable. The team was honest and fair with their appraisal of our property and were extremely helpful in suggesting ways to get the property in the best possible condition for sale without being extravagant. They were extremely considered with their estimates on the potential sale price which highlighted the depth of their knowledge of similar properties in the area. Their initial appraisal was within 5% of the final sales price which meant that our expectations were well and truly met. All through the sales campaign Leor and his team were engaged, and attentive to our needs and we felt a 100% commitment to the process. We received weekly reports on the numbers and profiles of potential purchasers and went into the final week confident that everything that could have been done had been done to expedite a successful outcome. We were not disappointed. Gary Peer and Associates managed to create a wonderful environment for a fun and upbeat auction, the free coffee cart being a major highlight, with Leor conducting a truly exciting and professional auction. When my mother in law was looking for a new residence Aviv Samuel from Gary Peer and Co went above and beyond to help her out. I don't know exactly how many places HE DROVE her to see but there were many. When it came time for her to sell there was no question that she would only use Aviv. With Aviv came his brother Leor. They were a package deal. They did a remarkably professional job and achieved a price well beyond expectations. When my mother passed away and it became necessary to sell the family home my brothers and I did not hesitate to turn to the Samuel brothers again. Different type of property, different suburb, yet same result. Huge crowd with a price achieved to match. It can't be a fluke can it? Strategically Leor and Aviv could not be faulted. The auction unfolded as if Aviv and Leor had written the script. Leor did a first class job as the Auctioneer.Just the right mix between serious and humorous. I would have no hesitation in recommending Leor and Aviv Samuel for any real estate activities.
Overall we were fairly pleased with Leor and the team from Gary Peer. It's very unnerving for ordinary people to find themselves in unknown territory and I feel that sometimes too much pressure is applied for quick decisions, but the professional team of agents seemed to allay the fears associated with this procedure and their confidence was very reassuring.

My husband and I had witnessed Garry Peer in action auctioning a house in our suburb a couple of years ago and decided that this would be the company for us when we came to the point of selling our home..I made contact with the Carnegie office and had a prompt return call from Leor Samuel, asking all the relevant questions, even ones we had not considered.He came across as professional, thorough and enthusiastic and we felt confident that we had made the right choice.The campaign to prepare for auction was made as pain free as possible, which we greatly appreciated,as this was our first and probably last home sale. The build up to the auction was a gradual process that gained momentum as the weeks and openings passed and when we finally arrived at " Auction Day " we were very hopeful of a good outcome.That was not to be, as no one in the fairly large gathering had the courage of their conviction to even offer a bid! The guys, Leor and Daniel, were left speechless at this result but kept pushing, encouraging and consulting with prospective buyers over the next few days until they finally achieved a very satisfactory outcome for us and a long held family home passes to another owner.We thoroughly recommend these guys for their professionalism and determination.Our heartfelt thanks on a job well done!
This is the second time that we've used Leor and he's never missed a beat. His professional yet relaxed manner made us feel at ease while instilling a sense of confidence that he would achieve the best possible result for us. He was honest and his agency has a transparency with all their dealings that we enjoyed. There were carbon copies of inspection numbers each day, weekly update reports and he was always available on the phone to talk to us.
In hindsight, we were very happy with Leor as our agent. He was exceptionally hard working and diligent, always professional and very prompt with returning any questions or phone calls that we placed to him. We were unable to see his negotiation skills with the purchaser, however looking back, we are happy with the price that we got for the property. In short, I would not hesitate to recommend Leor, and indeed Gary Peer, as agents.
