When I inspected the property for the first time, Leroy gave me and my wife both time and space to look around. He followed up to get the feedback on the property a few days later but he was never an pushy type agent. During the final price negotiation, he worked effectively with both parties to finalise the deal. I will definitely recommend Leroy to others.

Leroy is a great selling agent. He worked really hard, he called me for feedback the same day after I went to his inspection. He was also extremely helpful and flexible with inspection time with enquiry, even did open inspection for us on Sunday which was supposed to be his day off. Also he is very good at negotiations. When I found the asking price higher than my expectation, he was able to analyse and demonstrate the reason why the property deserve a higher price. I was a pleasure to buy a property from him.
