Agency principal Les Debreczeni is a true real estate “professional”, with property being a passion that he has dedicated himself to throughout most of his working life. Les was hooked from the time he first secured a part-time job as a salesperson while completing the final year of his Accounting and Financial Management university degree in 1974. Les says the technology employed in the industry has changed a lot since 1974 but at its core the business is still the same … it’s about helping people. Les believes communication and transparency are the keys to any successful partnership. He also has proven negotiation skills to ensure his clients receive the best price possible. During his time in the industry Les has won a swag of awards and has set numerous sales records but he believes there’s almost nothing better than the feeling he receives when he has helped families achieve their real estate dreams. That feeling is only surpassed by the great sense of achievement he experiences when clients recommend him to other family members or their friends.

He has an incredible eye for detail, knows exactly how to engage with buyers, and guided us through the entire process with care and professionalism.
