Les' knowledge and experience of the local area made it possible to sell our home during one of the most challenging times in recent history. Having a more expensive home to sell would translate into less potential buyers and given the economic and restrictive circumstances, would mean that achieving a good sale price would be a challenge. Les put on a few open homes during the 4 month campaign and had identified a small number of potential buyers whom he kept an appropriate amount of contact with and eventually was able to close a sale. He was able to match a family that would suit our home and we are also pleased that this family will enjoy the home we built a few years ago.
