Les was fully conversant with all the details about the property we purchased, he was readily available when we had questions and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. Our final inspection was conducted very thoroughly and professionally. We cannot recommend Les highly enough - very happy with the prompt and pleasant way in which Les conducted our real estate business and we enjoyed dealing with him.
Les did a great job of selling our house. It was a tough one to sell due to some unique characteristics and the current housing market, but Les continued to market the property to a very high standard. He provided very honest and accurate information regarding the valuation and had some very good suggestions for having the home market ready. I would definitely recommend Les to anyone wishing to buy or sell real estate.
