We would recommend Les. Our sale took some time but we got there. Les was a good agent in many ways however communication was not always a strength.

Only one suggestion please - for new home buyers like myself, that have never purchased property, please advise the prospective buyer, that within 24 hours of signing a contract, they are responsible for the property, even though finance has not been approved. I only found this out, when I made a phone call after receiving an email offering 30 day complimentary insurance, the next day. Thank you Ray White Real Estate, for offering this service, which I took advantage of.

Les was pleasent to deal with and is great if you are the one selling. Communication from a buyers perspective wasn't great but if we were to sell we would appoint him as our agent. A little disappointed the only communication we have received is this email after settlement.

Initially it was a hard selling the house was on the market for four months, but to be fair we had tenants in the property with a fair amount still to go on their lease. Once the tenants vacated to house was sold within two weeks.

Les wasnt very informative and i had to chase up everything, at the open house he opened the door and pretty much said nothing, and i felt awkward in his company.

Les did a great job of selling my house he was able to negotiate a little extra which made alot of difference for my circumstances. He worked hard amd aways did what he said he would. I would highly recommend him.
