Lesley Storkey returns to the Whitsundays after 2 1/2 years in Townsville and is back with PRDWhitsunday working on various projects.
I have been involved with real estate projects in many facets since 1999 with several examples as follows:
Managed projects on Hamilton Island for Christie Leet (PRD Whitsunday) with involvement in many projects, the majority of which I had a ongoing commitment from site acquisition through to building completions. This involved negotiating on development sites, setting of project, establishing and working with a project team (marketing, architects, builders etc), development of marketing materials, launch, motivating a sales team resulting in the achievement of realistic (and often above expectations in some markets) sale prices and high rate of sales.
Worked on several mainland projects in Airlie Beach including Marina Shores, Tides on Whisper and the early Mirage (Whisper Bay) Whitsunday.
Involved in the two major off the plan projects on Magnetic island.
Worked on two completed projects in Townsville City to sell balance of stock (through mortgagee).
I have been involved in a number of different products and worked through varying markets over the last 15 years.
I am looking forward to working in this environment again, working with past customers and professionals and enjoying the satisfaction of seeing a project through to its conclusion.
