Lesley knows the market well and set an asking price right at the top end of the range. She was exceptionally good at building rapport quickly with prospective purchasers, and formed good relationships with them to win their trust. This was all to the good for me, as she could then work hard on the purchasers to get the very best price. She knows the value of a dollar to the vendor and discouraged the "near enough" price offers that many agents push on to their vendors in order to get a quick sale. As well, she handled the inevitable problems in getting the sale over the line with calmness and clarity. I couldn't be happier, it was such a positive experience, and I have to say quite fun too.
