Leveaux delivers.....simply "everything" you need when selling. After signing with Leveaux we had to unexpectedly go overseas almost immediately, she took care of everything, keeping in daily contact with us, even watering our plants. The open home ( only had one ...she is a very quick seller and negotiator ) was very well organized.
