I met Levi at one of his open homes. His easy banter makes him super approachable and a genuine conversationalist, all while keeping it professional. During a follow-up phone call, I pretty much decided this had to be the guy that sells my home. Levi is exceptionally attentive to needs, and a very open and honest communicator. I never had to question where we were with open homes, inspections, or offers, Levi is always ahead of the game. The service he provides is outstanding and I cannot recommend him enough.

This is a COVID-19 period. Even during this pendamic time, I was able to sell the property without marketing costs involved. Levi did an excellent job by finding the interested buyer. Price negotiation was very reasonable for both seller and buyer. I am pretty happy with this sale. The commission for sale was also slightly lower than the standard real estate agent charge.
