This is the 5th house ive sold, 2 x Stockton, 1 x Boat Harbour & 1 x Adamstown. Was given a bunch of keys only 1 fitted rear door others to nothing. Still can't get in front door. Did not get a copy of the signed by both parties sales agreement. No details given about onsite van so I cannot insure it.

I needed to buy a house in a hurry over a major holiday period and Lewis was vigilant in solving my problems and coordinating the sale from the first moment until the very last. Even after the sale was completed he assisted with the little things like how the gas heater functioned and arranging removal of rubbish left by previous owner. Nothing was a problem, he was motivated, polite and prompt, he went over and above. He displayed professionalism in all his conduct. Happily deal with him again.
