From past experience I had a somewhat cynical view of real estate agents and AI can easily create sham reviews. I can, however, happily verify that Lewis legitimately earns all of his 5 star reviews! From first meeting he was professional and gave me a clear outline of the sales process without the lip service. Far from being an agent that talks the seller down in price just to make a sale, Lewis was able to secure an excellent off market price which exceeded my expectations. He was also able to do this within a relatively short period of time so I was not left waiting. There were some minor hiccups to negotiate during the process but Lewis was calm and always had a plan which was reassuring. Overall he made the process smooth and as stress-free as possible. He has a great support team as well. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Lewis is hungry for a listing and delivered what he promised . Other than sending a weekly email update there was limited other correspondence which was different to the last agent we dealt with and I probably would have liked a little more . Having said that Lewis achieved the price we wanted for our property which was great.

While that took time we were not pressured to get on with the selling side.
