Local expert, super proactive and maximises sale price

Lewis had sold multiple properties in the same building and many in the surrounding area so was clearly the best qualified to sell my apartment. We made initial contact and he kept in touch for over 18 months before we ended up selling the apartment. During this time he was very proactive and informative, always checking in and updating on the market movements. It was part of a separation case, including court orders, which was a very long process with the added difficulty of managing two separate parties and dealing with some very difficult situations in a very patient and professional manner. He did everything he could in the circumstances to maximise the sale price and while the market conditions weren’t favourable at the time, we achieved a sale at auction when others were passing through or not even going to auction through lack of genuine buyers. He never missed a beat in terms of the prep, auction and post sale admin, pulling in experts in each field along the way. Would highly recommend working with Lewis and I would do again in the future if the opportunity arose.
