Lewis was an excellent agent for us as purchasers. He was always contactable and very helpful esp with regard to queries between us and the vendor and body corporate. During our fairly short period of looking at properties, we encountered some typically jaded 'real estate salesman' types and we were relieved to discover that Lewis was not like that. Lewis made the purchase very easy and was personable, friendly, reliable and did his utmost to see the through a smooth sale/purchase. Lewis Stafford was the Sales Agent for a property we fell in love with on Butler Street, Ascot. As first home buyers, our knowledge of the real estate business was limited to scary stories you come across in the media. Lewis put us at our ease. He patiently answered our (many) gumby questions, was the swiftest returner of emails either of us had ever seen (at all hours!), and genuinely did his best to find the balance between our needs and those of the seller. This level of care did not change once we had signed the contract. Lewis continued to be available for questions, and offered to accompany us to the house prior to settlement if we needed to sight it again for any reason (we took advantage of this offer and he patiently tended to his emails and phone calls outside the property while we ran around measuring everything). Lewis continued to be available to patiently answer our questions after settlement. We have no hesitation in recommending him. He’s one of the good guys.

Lewis is an obliging, seemingly tireless real estate agent who has negotiated the sale of two of our properties in Brisbane during the last year.
