Excellent service, professional and a pleasure to deal with

Lewis was the seller's agent when we purchased our new home. From the off he was immediately open, willing to help and extermely knowledgeable. Over the period of a week he expertly negotiated a sale that both parties were happy with and communicated openly and honestly throughout. I particularly appreciated that he is a straight talker and gave us time and space to think over our position during the negotiation. This resulted is us agreeing to pay an additional $10k above our initial offer. He represented the vendor positively and exclusively throughout. Once we were in contract, Lewis remained in contact by telephone, email and text. He regularly checked in to ask if we needed anything or had any questions. During the settlement period, nothing was too much trouble for Lewis and he delivered on all of our requests including liaising with the Body Corporate on our behalf, facilitating access to the property on numerous occasions, and providing general advice on property and settlement matters. I can honestly say the level of service Lewis provided was beyond my expectations. He is professional, acts with integrity and is a strong advocate for his client. I have no hesitation in recommending Lewis for a property transaction.
