We went through Lewis from Richardson & Wrench Blackheath to buy a block of land, from the moment we spoke to Lewis he made the process very easy. It took 7 weeks to get our loan but Lewis persevered with us and was very patient as the loan process to borrow the money was very slow. We could not speak highly enough of Lewis and would go through him again if we were to buy another property.

We recently had the pleasure of buying a property through Lewis Thyer from R&W Blackheath. Lewis was clear, honest and communicative which made the experience less stressful and onerous than previous ones. Lewis responded to our questions, went out of his way to fit in with inspections when we asked and put no pressure on us to rush though the process. His sincere approach was a welcome change.

We ended up having quite a problem getting a mortgage in this area - all the lenders required a larger deposit due to the remote location - so we needed more time than normal in going unconditional. Lewis kept the vendor onboard while we scraped up the extra deposit and we settled on the date originally planned - so the outcome was great for everybody. I'd recommend Lewis to anyone as a great agent and certainly a great source of local knowledge and contacts, and we look forward to maintaining an ongoing contact and relationship with him into the future.

Lewis is a diligent and trustworthy agent that works hard to create 'win-win' deals. At every step, he does what he promises to do, and manages challenging situations with expertise and professionalism.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Lewis, who assisted my partner and myself with buying our first house. Lewis was very easy to deal with and made the experience very pleasant. We hope to deal with Lewis in the future.

My thanks to Lewis for being so professional and accommodating to all my requests to access the property again for fencing quotes and a second look as well as answering all of my phone calls and being obviously very knowledgeable in the realestate business. It has been so helpful having someone kind and calm to deal with during this stressful and exciting time of buying my new home.

Lewis was very helpful, cooperative and reliable throughout the inspection and sale process. He was very easy to work with and knowledgeable about the local market. I would recommend him to any buyer in this area.

Lewis was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was all too happy to arrange a private inspection, was always quick to respond to our questions, and communicated clearly throughout the negotiation process.

Lewis displayed true professionalism over the entire process. It was not an easy process either for this deal as there were many moving parts. He was always quick to respond to my concerns and also willingly checked with other parties ( such as local council) to secure the relevant answers to questions I had and my lawyer had. Overall a great fella to deal with on what was quite a complicated transaction.

Lewis was very professional, had a good knowledge of the present market kept me informed after each open home and when anyone was seriously interested.

When taking on the task of selling our much loved family home In Blackheath, I was fortunate to meet Lewis Thyer, whose pleasant and professional communications, knowledge of the local market and admiration for the property won him the sales contract. Lewis proved to be an exceptionally good sales agent. He enthusiastically project managed the preparation of the house and garden for sale and skilfully negotiated the best possible outcome - a fantastic sale price for the house and land that truly exceeded all our expectations! Many thanks for all your help and advice Lewis - I couldn't have hoped for a better agent!
