We ended up having quite a problem getting a mortgage in this area - all the lenders required a larger deposit due to the remote location - so we needed more time than normal in going unconditional. Lewis kept the vendor onboard while we scraped up the extra deposit and we settled on the date originally planned - so the outcome was great for everybody. I'd recommend Lewis to anyone as a great agent and certainly a great source of local knowledge and contacts, and we look forward to maintaining an ongoing contact and relationship with him into the future.
