Lewis was able to present a strategy for selling this property the day I met him…and it worked very well. He knew the location, he had sold here before and he was able to position my property against other recent sales. This gave me confidence he was the right agent for me. I enjoyed the collaboration with Lewis throughout this process . He had great ideas for selling and presenting the property but he also considered suggestions from me. I received honest communication after each conversation he had with potential buyers and regular updates were provided outlining next steps. He made the most of each opportunity with potential buyers and it paid off so much quicker than I had imagined. He certainly lived up to his reputation in our village. I was not disappointed by the decision to choose Lewis. He is so approachable and friendly but clearly a professional in his field.
