The sad task of selling up made a happy one
We had a very successful sale, achieving a $400k premium over the estimate provided by another agent, in a considerably shorter time than we expected. Throughout the whole process, Lewis was terrific to work with, always thoughtful, professional, responsive and genuine. I didn't want to sell but circumstances dictated otherwise, so having Lewis run the process so smoothly and achieving such a happy ending was a huge relief.
