Selling our property was a better experience than I could have imagined!

Lewis is everything you could hope for in an estate agent. We are so lucky to have had him as our agent. He explained his thinking throughout the process (starting from the original valuation), demonstrating his knowledge of the local real estate market as well as the national situation. His honesty and straightforward communication enabled trust to develop very quickly. Lewis' genuine warmth and friendly manner put us at ease straight away, and he shepherded us through what would normally be a very stressful situation with admirable patience. There was no sense of being rushed, though the sale seemed to happen very quickly and smoothly, partly because Lewis was able to match the right buyers with the right property through his knowledge of our local community. Lewis was always available to talk to and answer any questions, even my naive ones. He negotiated/mediated between the vendors (us) and the buyers, and the conveyancers too, with understanding and his characteristic honesty, and I am sure that the buyers felt as looked after and understood as we did.
