Lexley was a pleasure to deal with on the purchase of this property and I would deal with her again. I worked out it was best to call her several times as she would not answer if she was already dealing with a client (out of respect for the person she was dealing with I would guess). So it took a while but I worked out it was best to try again at another time to catch up with her. There would be no need to change this but maybe let new clients know to call back several times if they need to. I would use Lexley again as she is easy to talk, offers good advise and quite relaxed ( in a good way)
