Li Tao behaved very unprofessional and dishonest during the process of negotiations and settlement of the house. He made our whole buying process miserable and regret to deal with him. He created strong emotion by saying seller was very angry and did not want to sell to us a few times, which really upset me. On settlement date, specifications in the contract were not met and he did not check the house for settlement at all. Light is not fixed as per contract condition and doesn’t know how oven and dishwasher should be turned on. Turned out to be not working anyway...Delayed to hand in my keys until 9pm and no apologise and no settlement gift was prepared. Rubbish were left in the house, which causes long time disputes because of him saying i would like to keep all the discarded items. By no way i would keep rubbish, i was asked by Li Tao if seller can do cleaning after settlement because they need more time. I kindly accepted to leave their stuff in garage and move them later if they really couldn’t move out everything on settlement day. Turned out i have to get my solicitor to get seller to remove rubbish a few times. They still won’t remove their pot plants which was premised by Li Tao before we bought the house. He also miscommunicated and overpromised for a few things like bond cleaning but afterwards seller will not do anything which was promised by Li Tao previously. This experience has been my nightmares and i will not recommend to deal with him.

Since we first met Tao we were very impressed with his knowledge and communication skills. We bought a house from him and then we asked him to sell our old one. Tao did a fabulous job in selling our property during Covid-19 restrictions time.
