Liam's cold call persuaded us to make our house available for sale off market. He had confidence in the market and presented the house to several investors until it was eventually sold in a few short weeks. He was very calm and professional during negotiations with potential purchasers and although he initially thought we were wanting too much money he managed to negotiate the sale with a buyer at our price. I think Liam will have a very successful career as an agent.
