Liam is a good negotiator and comes up with solutions if there are any issues. Was considerate of working in with our family times for open homes and very organised for those situations. Has his finger on the pulse for whats happening in the area. Recommended!

Liam was good and his knowledge of the market was very good, Liam communicate was not the best, I have sold three properties through other real estate's and their communication was much better. He would have an open house and it would be days before he would let us know the results or I would have to chase him up , I called many times and rarely would I speak to him and have to leave a message on his answering machine .His negation skills are very good and he knows how to sell a property.
