I did feel that as a client I was not listened to re my expectation of price and advertised price range. I know we probably now realize our expectation was a bit high in current times but at the time felt our home was not worthy . Maybe it's better to listen to clients and try the price range they request to feel the market and not be put into a box straight off .The sale process was very smooth and we have been pleased with all the assistance given and a big thankyou to other staff members who constantly kept in touch
