From the beginning both John & Liam showed professional knowledge of the area in determining a realistic price for the sale of my house. I got 3 quotes from different agents, however John & Liam’s sincerity & passion won me over and I’m so glad I trusted them with my sale. Selling can be a stressful time, however they kept me informed & offered advice along the way. In the end I got the sale price they had determined, which was $60k more than the other 2 agents had quoted. I have bought elsewhere but kept money aside to take my little girl to Disney World.
