I first met Liam when buying a piece of land in 2020 in Raymond Terrace. I was a first home owner and Liam was always patient, kind and helpful, but also got to the point quickly. He didn’t mind answering all my questions, and was direct and honest. After building my house, living in it for almost 2 years, I decided to move closer to my work and family, and called Liam to weigh up my options. Liam organized an inspection quickly and within a couple days he was able to give me a good selling guide for my property. It had multiple offers and sold within a week. I am very appreciative of Liam’s knowledge of the area. It assisted with being able to gauge what my property was worth and get me the best price possible.
Everything about the purchase went very well. I had the cash, so I wasn't relying on loan approval. I also was not in a hurry nbut, if needed could finalise everything virtually over night. Liam was very polite, courteous, professional and willing to provide whatever was necessary. He liased with the vendor for me to have an inspection during the week, as I missed the scheduled inspection.
