It was a pleasure dealing with Liam after the experience we had with another agent. We felt he was being honest with us at all times and could not have been more diplomatic in giving us feedback, good or bad. Initially, Liam was approached for advice about the market in the Northern Brisbane area. He took the time to visit the property and provide a market analysis for the Boondall area, and advised the price range he thought was realistic, given the age and condition of the property. Over six months later the decision was taken to sell, Liam went into action updating the market analysis and developing a marketing plan with us. He also advised and organized pre-sale work that needed to be completed prior to the property going on the market. Laim's communication skills are second to none, he was straight forward and very easy to work with during the marketing and sale of the property. There was never a doubt, that Liam was working with us throughout the marketing campaign to achieve the outcome we desired.

I was new to the property Market. I met Liam when he was organizing viewing for an Auction of a Private residence. From first contact, Liam was courteous, helpful and supportive. The run up to the Auction felt long, but alongside my wife, our interest was kept strong as Liam kept us updated. Even when our early offer was rejected by the owner, and we were uncertain to continue, Liam kept us interested with frequent updates. He especially instilled confidence in the Auction by ensuring Building and Pest was completed in advance of the Auction. This was always a going concern for us. When Auction day came, Liam called us that morning to make sure all was well and that he would see us there. As you can imagine, an Auction is a daunting experience, and I can honestly say that Liam was the essential link to owning the property, keeping our interest all the way through to sale. Since the Auction, Liam is following up with us to ensure all paperwork is clean and offering any further clarity to the process.
