Purchased 42 The Promenade San Souci on Saturday from Liam and his team. They were as helpful as possible, I am sure the vendor would be delighted with the service. From initial contact with Liam to the signing of the sale contract, I found I had absolutely nothing to worry about regardless of the result. Liam clearly outlined the sales strategy to which I added my input which was incorporated. Throughout the sales campaign I was updated regularly about the progress of the sale both verbally and with computer generated detailed analyses. Liam largely delt with my wife as i had an extremely busy period at the time of the campaign but he was so informative and transparent with us that we were completely comfortable with him. As far as an agent is concerned i don't think you would find more honest transparent person, well done Liam. On the down side i was extremely annoyed and disappointed with the time taken for the phone bidder to get their bid in, that caused a lot of stress in an already stressful environment , it should have been stopped. However that was out of Liams control but i feel it needed to be mentioned.
