When listing the home for sale I was promised to to be kept up to speed on how the marketing was proceeding. Liam, Rob and Natasha where outstanding communicators, during the 4 week campaign all 3 of them gave me regular and informative updates. The home was old and in need of some attention, Liam's advice on how to present the property highlighted his years of experience and knowledge of the real estate market.
