The Vendors asked me to co-ordinate the sale of their townhouse as they had recently placed a deposit on a smaller apartment which was close to Completion. We were able to agree on styling, marketing campaign and sales programme to suit the Vendors needs. Despite an enigmatic market Liam was able to achieve a strong result for the Vendor.
