This property is the 3rd one Liam has sold for me this year. The previous two were sold at record prices for the area This property, once again, sold for a record per square metre price for the area and this was with a four week auction campaign. Liam priced the market accurately and we achieved a price of $6380000 which was in the upper range of Liam's prediction. Price achieved was with 10% deposit and 6 week settlement. Liam is very easy to deal with, listens to you and is a true professional with high integrity and is a true experienced professional. A rarity in this profession where some agents promise the world but do not deliver.
