Liam Tsaprazis - an outstanding real estate agent?

My sister, as well as one of her neighbours, each previously engaged Liam to sell their respective properties. As a result of my sister's very positive experience with Liam at that time, we recently engaged him to sell a property we owned. Liam is truly an extraordinarily outstanding real estate agent. As was previously the case for my sister, we found Liam to be the consummate professional, as well as honest (including about the value of the property and likely sale price), ethical, thorough, supportive and reliable. Further, Liam was always readily available to speak with, and consistently very approachable and personable. Liam is certainly very knowledgeable about the real estate market, understands the art of communication and is very skilled at his craft. He seems to consistently ‘work his magic’ for his clients. And, in addition to all of the above, in each of the three sales referred to above, Liam achieved a considerably higher sale price than that expected (based on the real estate market at the time). Unbelievable! As a result of our very positive experience with Liam, my sister and I never hesitate to refer other potential sellers. A very big thank you to Liam from my sister and me!
