Liana and team supported us throughout our campaign with expertise, efficiency and understanding.

Once we decided we would sell we spoke to a few agents and Liana stood out for her professionalism and realistic approach. Liana and her team were really impressive with organising each step of our campaign with efficiency and understanding. The team are very experienced and effective. We had a number of trades people involved in getting ready for sale, and it was all organised for us with us meeting each trades person in advance to agree work and quotes. Tight timelines were managed well and when there was an occasional hiccup, the Liana and team were there to sort it out. We had regular meetings with Liana to discuss progress throughout the preparation and during the campaign to discuss interest in the property. Our house was on the market for 1 month prior to auction where it sold. Though we did not sell for what we hoped, Liana had been realistic throughout the campaign. In my view this was due to a change in the market, not from lack of effort or the campaign. If I were to go through this again, Liana would be my first choice.
