Liana helped the reviewer sell this property

Exceptional service, integrity and results

Having bought and sold several properties, we have dealt with many agents, but Liana Power is truly exceptional. She combines outstanding local knowledge, especially in Turramurra and South Turramurra, strategic skill and commercial acumen with honesty, transparency and genuine empathy. Liana was calm, reassuring and highly responsive throughout the preparation, marketing and sale of our home, despite the difficult real estate market in Sydney at present. Her communication was excellent, and she remained available despite an extremely busy schedule. She guided us skilfully through a successful sale, especially on the final day, in what was widely reported to be a challenging market. Liana is obviously a gifted team leader.” Her team, including Jasmine, Kate and Marley, were unfailingly pleasant, efficient and professional, as were the tradespeople involved in preparing the house. We recommend Liana and her team without hesitation.
