I organised one woman agent (Liana) and two reputable local men agents to become our agent to sell our house. The two male agents came through the house and looked disappointed in the property. They both Pointed out the negative and underestimated our property by my husband and I ‘s wish of over $800k one of the most reputable male agents in pacific pines laughed at this and said I was dreaming to get over $600k. He was so arrogant and said he ‘didn’t get our house design’ ?? The other male agent seemed like I was wasting his time and said he doesn’t let clients dictate the price of sale. He was experienced to know the market. Liana showed up and instantly loved certain aspects of our home choosing our own families favourite aspects, she offered a genuine warmth and unhurried approach to the visit and I knew instantly she would find us the right buyers. Liana took into consideration of our asked price and told us she absolutely thought we could get it or close to it. Liana not only achieved this in 2 weeks but we sold for absolutely what we needed, wanted and only ever dreamed of. Liana worked hard and dealt with us 7days a week.
