I had engaged another agent for the three months from February to late May to sell my unit in Churchill and while there had been one contract signed the buyer was not committed and pulled out. A contract was needed within the financial year for capital gains purposes and so Liane Garrick of Garrick Real Estate was engaged on 03JUN21. She had a serious buyer sign a 22 day cash contract on 07JUN21…. four days later! Settlement went ahead on 29JUN21.
