Shifting/relocating is never easy, but I have been relieved recently to have Libby Bridge handle everything so professionally, promptly & pleasantly which took a huge load off me which I very much appreciated.
Libby has been a great agent to work with throughout the purchase process. She was attentive and quick to respond when we had questions but also respectful to give us space as we took time to initially decide. She was also patient as we worked through the logistics of making the sale. A good balance of attention and space where required. When all was finally in place, she also shared in our excitement which has been lovely.

Libby was everything you could hope for in an agent. Responsive, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. No faults there. The experience of selling with St Ives was long with the refurbishment etc but happy with the outcome.
Libby was transparent in regards to the property being owned by herself and her husband. She answered all my questions promptly (when we were very serious buyers and barely any other agents did - one of the contributing factors in purchase), even provided documentation that she had to clarify my questions (regarding the title and encumbarances attached). She was also efficient in that when we put an offer down, we put a lower offer (knowing that usually owners will try and negotiate). She immediately called us and negotiated verbally, advising what a reasonable middle ground offer would be - and we agreed as it was within our budget. Libby was friendly and all interactions were genuine; even congratulated us on the purchase.

She took us round a number of vacant units, and fully explained the process that we needed to go through - a little different from buying a house.
