This was the second property I had Libby sell for me. She did such a great job on the first, that there was no question about her handling this one. This home was tenanted, but that proved to be no disadvantage or obstacle, as Libby negotiated with the tenants to buy the property. This was ideal for me as I was interstate and wanted to keep things stress free and straightforward. Libby's excellent communication skills and ability to understand the needs of both vendors and purchasers meant she was able to achieve a great result with both parties being kept completely up to date throughout the process. Prior to deciding that this was my preferred way of selling the property (to the current tenants), Libby outlined all of my options and the advantages of each.
