Libby was quick to assist and was efficient in preparing contracts, whilst negotiating an offer. The closer to settlement time was disappointing, no pre settlement inspection offered, no personal card or handover. Keys simply left in a key safe. I had to ask about additional keys which were then delivered by the vendor later that day (after settlement). Libby was kind, considerate but in the competitive real estate market, could do more to offer a more personalised service.
