Libby was very helpful in explaining the process of selling the unit. Any questions I had were answered in terms I could understand. She also did not mind having to the answer my questions a second time when I had forgotten the answer. When we were putting the unit on the market the there were suggestions made as to how the unit should be presented. An example of this was having the garden mulched.
